Ballroom dancing is now more popular than ever due to the reality TV show, Dancing With The Stars. It's fascinating to watch the professional dancers stay so in sync, making what they do seem effortless. But at the start of each season, the celebrities struggle to keep up with their pro. They learn quickly that if they trust the professionals and do exactly what they're told, their performances improve drastically. The same is true when we choose to trust God and sync up with His authority. So many times, we dance through life to the beat of our own drum. We think we know best until we stumble, fall and discover just how out of sync we really are. But, when we choose to align our lives with God’s will, something amazing occurs. By allowing Him to take the lead in our careers, relationships, and finances, life becomes a beautiful, fluid dance. Even when we face challenges and unexpected obstacles, we can move with strength and confidence as He leads us through. Will you partner with the ultimate life professional? Will you take His hand and align yourself with His will? Do so, and reap rewards and benefits far greater than any "Glitter Ball" trophy!

Act

What area in your life is currently out of sync with God’s will? Take the first step in letting go of whatever it is that’s throwing you off rhythm. Find a quiet place and sincerely pray for God’s guidance as you trust Him to take the lead.

Pray

Heavenly Father, Thank You for Your plans. While I know life will never be perfect this side of heaven, Your will is, and I choose to align myself with it. Help me stay in sync with You in all I do. I trust You, Lord, and know Your ways are always best! In Jesus’ name, Amen.
