Student Pastor

Summary

The Mix is the youth movement of Fellowship Church. The Mix is committed to seeing students in the 6th-12th grade become life long followers of Christ. A student pastor at Fellowship Church is responsible for the growth of the student ministry. This is accomplished by executing The Mix experience weekly, building relationships with students and their parents, developing leaders, reaching into the schools, and helping to fulfill the vision of Fellowship Church.

This person must be someone who is passionate about reaching the next generation and building the local church. They must have experience in speaking, leading/recruiting volunteers, and the ability to connect and communicate with both parents and students. This person must have a high level of excellence along with a clear calling to ministry, and a desire to work in a creative, fast paced, critique giving environment. This person must be self driven and have desire to grow and develop personally as a leader.
